Conference


Process for conference calls:


 1.- While you are on a call with the client, press the attended transfer

   2.- The following screen will appear

3.- Dial 7 and press ENTER from the computer´s keyboard

4.- When you hear a pin prompt, dial 9 + extension number (example 9+1006) from the keypad on the webphone

5.- When you listen to music on hold, just press the COMPLETE TRANSFER icon The customer will be waiting for the conference and the agent is free

6.- Agent makes the 2nd call (example to a bank), and repeats the same process and as soon the call is connected (from 1 to 5) Now, the customer and bank are waiting in the conference room

7.- Agent dials 7 and press ENTER from the computer´s keyboard again but now the pin will be ONLY its extension number (example 1006)

All calls will be connected in the conference room

If you need to remove the last user from the conference (bank), during the conference press *3
